Our time-efficient and effective Metabolic Express Training – METBurn sessions are specifically designed for aging adults that may be overweight or obese, dealing with former or current chronic pain of the shoulders, hips, back, and knees, or suffering from health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, osteoporosis, and metabolic syndrome.

Our METBurn sessions are suitable for all ages and ability levels. We specialize in exercise modifications for all of our coaching clients. It doesn’t matter if you are overweight, out-of-shape, in your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s or 70’s, have suffered injuries, or have limitations. We modify exercises for our coaching clients so they are able to successfully complete each session and continue making progress.

Small Group Personal Training

Our METBurn Small Group Personal Training classes are the best way to get in-person coaching, support, and accountability in a non-intimidating and nonjudgmental environment at an affordable price. These time-efficient and effective training sessions increase general fitness (strength, muscle, conditioning) while greatly improving your health, longevity, and quality of life!

You will attend our METBurn classes 3 times each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (currently 7:00am, 9:00am, and 12:00pm) for 3 weeks (9 total sessions) followed by a Recovery Week. Every four weeks, we begin a new phase of Metabolic Express Training to get you the results you want in the least amount of time. Nine sessions every four weeks is the Minimum Effective Dose (MED) for adults 30-plus.

If you need or want more personal attention or have specific fitness and performance goals, we offer a variety of one-on-one personal training options (1-3 sessions each week*) based on your goals, budget, and lifestyle. Training programs are designed specifically for you based on your assessments and goals.

Online Coaching

We offer online coaching* options for those that are unable to attend our in-person sessions. Online coaching consists of daily and weekly video, text, and direct messaging to help you achieve your fitness, fat loss, and health goals. Training programs are designed specifically for you based on your assessments and goals.
