Our time-efficient and effective Metabolic Express Training – METBurn Fitness and Nutrition Coaching programs specifically designed for aging adults that may be overweight or obese, dealing with former or current chronic pain of the shoulders, hips, back, and knees, or suffering from health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, osteoporosis, and metabolic syndrome.
Our METBurn fitness coaching programs are suitable for all ages and ability levels. We specialize in exercise modifications for all of our coaching clients. It doesn’t matter if you are overweight, out-of-shape, in your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s or 70’s, have suffered injuries, or have limitations. We modify exercises for our coaching clients so they are able to successfully complete each session and continue making progress.

Small Group Personal Fitness & Nutrition Coaching
Small Group Personal Fitness and Nutrition Coaching consists of 3 sessions per week for 3 weeks (9 total sessions) following our 3 weeks on, 1-week off schedule (a new phase of training begins every 4 weeks) to help you achieve your fitness, fat loss, and health goals. Training programs are tailored to each client.
For well over a decade, we have used this 3-weeks on, 1-week off schedule with phenomenal results for our coaching clients. This is the Minimum Effective Dose (MED) for our Metabolic Express Training sessions to make fantastic progress (especially for older clients and for those that are already physically active).
Membership begins as low as $135 (only $15/session)!
